£3.95 – All standard deliveries under a weight of 2 kg are usually dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded at a cost of £3.95 and will be delivered within 3 working days from clearance of payment. A signature will be required upon delivery.
UK orders over £40 are eligible for FREE Standard delivery, if they weigh below 1 kg

£6.95 – Your order will need to be received by F&B by 11am Monday – Thursday and your order will be delivered the next working day pending payment clearance.
£9.50 – Your order will be delivered within 7 working days from clearance of payment. A signature will be required upon delivery.
REST OF THE WORLD
£20.00 – Please allow up to 28 days due to local postal service delays A signature will be required upon delivery. This charge may be adjusted in accordance with any country and location requirements.
Please note that any custom or duty charges that may apply to complete the delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
UK – Delivery Information
All delivery timescales are subject to delays caused by seasonal or busy periods, weather and other unforeseen circumstances, though we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time.
All F&B orders will be delivered in a discreet F&B mailing bag and your F&B socks will be beautifully wrapped and packaged to ensure the safe arrival of your new socks.
Exchanges & Returns
We hope that you are completely happy with your new socks, however, if you aren’t, there’s no need to worry.
Exchanging or returning your order is quick and easy and you have 28 days to do this in.
All online customers have a statutory right to cancel their order at any time up to 7 whole working days after receipt of the goods.
Please note for hygiene reasons socks are not refundable IF WORN under any circumstances unless a fault is found. NB. If items are found to be faulty after they have been worn, please ensure they are washed before returning.
There is no need to call or email before you return the item.
Fill out the returns form included in your order, or contact us with your order number to get a replacement returns form if you can’t locate the one that was included in your order.
All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and sent back to the address on the returns label provided on your returns form. Please ensure you request a proof of postage from your local Post Office when you are sending the goods back to us. We are unable to accept returns in person at our registered office. Please note that credits can take up to 10 days to be processed after return of goods.
If you require an exchange on a like for like product simply fill in Finch&Belle’s Exchange and Returns Form and tell us which item you are returning along with the details of the new item you would like. Then send the form and your item(s) back to us in their original condition within 28 days. Once we have received the parcel we will send your new item to you.
